  • Tutoring for the student

    I have been tutoring GCSE students for over two years. I specialise in GCSE Biology and Chemistry, but also tutor students in Economics and English Language.

    I initially focus on getting to know the students and their aims. Whether that’s getting better grades, streching themselves to more difficult content or simply exam practice.

    I put lots of emphasis on linking the subjects to the student’s passions and interests to nuture interest in the subjects that they are studying. I find that it is very important to help students become well-rounded rather than simply exam writing machines. If students can deeply understand a topic and make relevant links, then the exams will be so much easier for them.
